How to Update Your Plan 🔄
Upgrading your plan is quick and can be done directly from your Shopify admin.
Step 1: Open the App
- Go to your Shopify Admin
- Navigate to Apps
- Open Essential Free Shipping Upsell
Step 2: Access the Pricing Page 💳
- Inside the app, open the Pricing plans section
- Make sure to select your preferred billing cycle — Monthly or Yearly — before choosing a plan
- You’ll see all available plans along with their features and limits
Step 3: Choose a New Plan ✅
- Select the plan that best fits your store’s needs
Once confirmed, the new plan is applied immediately, and all associated features and limits become available right away ✨
How Views Work 👀
Views determine how often your Free Shipping Upsell is displayed to visitors. Understanding how they are counted helps you choose the right plan and avoid surprises.
The views counter does not track unique visitors; instead, a view is counted each time the widget loads on your website. If the widget appears on multiple pages or if there are multiple widgets published on your website, a single user can generate multiple views during a single session by navigating between those pages.
Any time the banner or widget loads, regardless of whether it is a customer, a developer, or you browsing, it will register as a new view. Please note that our system cannot distinguish between different types of visitors; all widget loads are counted equally.
Regarding your monthly views limit, you will not be billed if you exceed your monthly views limit. If the limit is reached, you will receive an email notification. If the plan is not upgraded within three days, the banners will be unpublished automatically. The views counter resets on the 1st day of each month.
