How to enable free shipping on Shopify settings

Our app integrates with your store without altering any existing settings. This means you’ll need to manually adjust the free shipping threshold in your store’s settings, and it’s essential to do this for each market individually.


First of all, to enable Free Shipping once the set threshold is hit, navigate to the Shopify Settings, and then press "General" on the "General shipping rates":

Scroll down a bit and on the desired Shipping Zone, press "Add rate":

In the opened new modal, choose "Set up your own rates", and press on "Add conditional pricing". Do not forget to choose "Based on order price" where you can set up your free shipping threshold in the "Minimum price", and leave "Price" to be 0. Press "Done" once you are finished.
