Setting Up a BXGY or BOGO Offer
Offer Title
This is an internal label — customers never see it. Use something descriptive like "Summer Hat BXGY".
Trigger Conditions
Quantity — how many trigger products the customer needs in their cart. Default is 1.
Trigger product source — what counts as the trigger:
- Specific products — pick individual products from your store
- Specific collection — any product from a chosen collection qualifies
- All products — any product in your store qualifies

Offer applies to — controls whether the trigger applies to one-time purchases, subscription products, or both.
Gift Products
Use the gift product picker to choose what the customer receives.

For each gift product you can: - Limit to specific variants (e.g. only the blue version)
You can add multiple gift products — the customer then chooses from the list.
Gift Limit
When you have more than one gift product (or a quantity above 1), you can cap how many gifts the customer can claim:
Enable Customer can choose [N] gift(s) from the list and set N.

Enabling the gift limit forces Manual gift adding — the customer must click an "Add" button to claim their gift.
Max Uses Per Order
How many times the offer can fire in a single order (default: 1).
Gift Adding Options
- Automatically add gifts — the gift is silently added to the cart when conditions are met. No button is shown.
- Customer has to manually add gifts — an "Add" button appears in the widget. The customer clicks it to claim the gift.
Note: Gift limit always forces Manual mode. Automatically adding is unavailable when a gift limit is set.
