Minimum Cart Value

Set the amount the customer must spend to unlock the reward.

Excluding Products

You can prevent specific products or collections from counting toward the threshold.

For example: if you sell gift cards and don't want them to contribute to the cart value, add them to Excluded products.

Enable "Exclude specific products or collections" and use the pickers to add exclusions.

Reward Type

Choose what the customer receives when they reach the threshold:

Product as a Gift

A free product is added to the cart. Works the same as BXGY — use the gift product picker, optionally set a gift limit, and choose whether the gift is added automatically or manually.

Product Discount

A discount is applied to a specific product in the cart.

1. Pick the gift product to discount
2. Set the discount type: % (percentage) or a fixed amount
3. Enter the value — e.g. 20% off or $10 off

Discount adding can be Automatic or Manual.

Shipping Discount

A discount is applied to the order's shipping cost.

1. Set the discount type: % or fixed amount
2. Enter the value — e.g. 100% for free shipping or $5 off shipping

Shipping discounts are always applied automatically.

Per-Market Minimum Values

If your offer targets Specific markets, each market can have its own minimum cart value.

In the Markets section of the Settings tab: 1. Select "Specific markets" and open the market selector 2. For each market, toggle from "Default" to "Custom" 3. Enter the minimum cart value for that market (in that market's currency)

This lets you require $50 for USD customers and £40 for GBP customers from the same offer.
