Why isn't the preorder badge showing on my products? (Essent Preorder Back in Stock app)

The preorder badge is a small label on the product image. It is switched off unless you turn it on in the campaign.

  1. Open the campaign → Content tab → tick Show preorder badge → Save.
  2. Make sure the product is actually on preorder right now. With When product is out of stock, an in-stock product has no badge.
  3. Check the live store in an incognito window.

If the badge is on and still missing, often on collection pages or custom product cards, your theme needs a small adjustment. Use Can't see badge? → Contact support in the campaign's Design tab, or chat with us. We add it for free.
