Can I add a discount or description widget under the Preorder button? (Essent Preorder Back in Stock app)
Yes. Our support team installs two optional widgets for free: a Discount widget and a Description widget. You can have one or both.
How to get them
- See the designs on our demo store: open our App Store listing and click View demo store (no password needed), or ask support to send you examples. There are two looks to choose from.
- Chat with support and tell us which widget(s) and which look you want.
- Accept the collaborator request we send (Shopify Settings → Users and permissions → Collaborators). We then install and test it on your theme.
Good to know
- The widget text comes from your campaign (preorder message, partial payment text, inventory limit), so you edit it in the campaign.
- The Discount widget only appears when the Live campaign has a preorder discount set.
- After it's installed, check your store in an incognito window.
