Can I get notified when a customer preorders or signs up for Back in Stock? (Essent Preorder Back in Stock app)

The app doesn't email you directly, but you can set it up in a few ways:

  • Shopify Flow: the app adds triggers such as Preorder placed and Back in stock signup created. Add a "Send internal email" action to get an alert. See Shopify Flow triggers and actions.
  • Order tags: every preorder order is tagged (default Essential Preorder), so you can filter or build a saved view in Shopify Orders.
  • Signups list: see new Back in Stock requests anytime in Back in stock → Products & Notifications.
