Why aren't new variants or new collection products on preorder? (Essent Preorder Back in Stock app)

A preorder campaign only includes the products and variants that were added to it. It doesn't pick up new ones by itself.

• New variants (for example a new size): open the campaign → Preorder products → Add more products → select the new variants → Save.
• Collections: adding a collection adds the products in it at that moment. Products you add to the collection later must be added to the campaign too. Products you remove from the collection must also be removed from the campaign.
• Draft products can't be added. Set the product to Active first.

To remove a product, click the bin icon next to it in the Preorder products tab. Scroll the table sideways if the name is long. Existing orders aren't affected.

Note: Back in Stock campaigns set to All products or Specific collections do include new products automatically.
