How do I collect payments or send updates for more than 15 preorders at once? (Essent Preorder Back in Stock app)

The Preorders page shows 15 orders per page. Ticking the box at the top of the list selects only the 15 orders on screen. To act on every order, use the for all option instead of ticking rows.

Collect payments for all matching preorders

1. Go to Preorder → Preorders.
2. Narrow the list if you need to: filter by Payment status (for example Partially paid), by Campaigns, or search. Leave it unfiltered to include every preorder.
3. Don't tick any rows. Open Collect payments and choose Collect payments for all … (for example Collect payments for all Partially paid).
4. The window lists the filters it will use, or says payments will be collected from all preorders. Check it, then click Collect payments.

This covers every order that matches your filters, on all pages, not just the 15 you can see. When the run finishes, the app emails you the result for each order, and you can download a CSV from the Preorders page.

Collect payments needs the Lite plan or higher and Shopify Payments. If this is your first time, try it on 1 or 2 orders first.

It works the same way. Filter the list, don't tick rows, and choose Send update for all ….
