Can I show a countdown only to certain countries, products, or pages? (Essential Countdown Timer app)

You can target timers by country and product tags, and landing page timers can also target collection pages and the password page. Some options depend on your plan.

• Countries: Essential plan and higher. In the timer editor, open Placement, then under Geolocation targeting choose Specific countries and Select Countries.
• Product tags: Essential plan and higher. For a product page timer, under Placement choose All products with specific tags.
• Landing page timers (Starter plan and higher): All collection pages, Specific collection pages, Password page, or Custom position.

Things to know

• Geolocation targeting works by country. City-level targeting is not available.
• Landing page timers cannot be placed on a specific URL. Choose a collection page, the password page, or a custom position.
• Product tag targeting shows the timer on every product that has one of the tags. To show a timer on one specific product, choose Specific products.

More than one timer on the same page

For default product page and landing page placements, the app shows the first qualifying published timer in the order it receives them. Top bar timers can all display. If you use an app block, the block shows the timer whose Timer ID is set in that block.
