How do I cancel my plan, and why was I charged after going back to Free? (Essential Countdown Timer app)

Cancel a paid plan

  • Go to Shopify admin → Apps → Essential Countdown Timer → Pricing plans.
  • On the Free card, select Choose this plan. Or, on your current paid plan, select Cancel subscription. Then confirm.

Cancelling stops future charges. To review your charges, check Shopify admin → Settings → Billing.

Refunds

The app offers a 30-day money-back guarantee. To ask for a refund, write to support within the first 30 days of your paid subscription. The refund is paid through Shopify billing.

Trial

Paid plans include a free trial of up to 7 days.
