How do I add a countdown to my email? (Essential Countdown Timer app)

Email timers are available on the Essential plan and higher.

• Create an Email timer and publish it.
• Copy the Timer code snippet from the published timer. The snippet is only shown after the timer is published.
• Paste the snippet into your email, in a location that accepts HTML or custom code.

Why the timer might not show

• The snippet was copied before the timer was published. Publish the timer and copy the snippet again.
• The snippet was pasted into a location that does not accept HTML or custom code.
• The timer is shown as an image loaded from the app. If the email app or the recipient's email client blocks images, the timer will not show.
