Why were my timers unpublished, and how do I get them back? (Essential Countdown Timer app)

Why it happens

Each plan has a monthly view limit: Free 1,000, Starter 10,000, and Essential 50,000 views per month. The app warns you as you approach the limit. When you go over the limit and stay over it for about three days, the published timers are unpublished.

When a paid plan is cancelled or you downgrade, the app checks your published timers. Any timer that uses a feature your new plan does not include, such as cart, email, recurring, scheduled, translation, product tag, or geolocation timers, is unpublished.

How to get them back

  • Go to Apps → Essential Countdown Timer → Pricing plans and make sure your plan covers your views and features.
  • Publish each timer again. The app does not restore them automatically, even after the monthly counter resets or you upgrade.

Draft and already-unpublished timers are not affected by the limit.
