I chose the annual plan by mistake. How do I switch to monthly? (Essential Countdown Timer app)

Switch to a monthly plan

  • Go to Apps → Essential Countdown Timer → Pricing plans.
  • Choose the plan you want, select Billed Monthly, and approve the Shopify billing confirmation.

The app creates the new monthly subscription. The app does not calculate prorated credits or refund unused annual time when you change plans.

Already charged for the annual plan

Check the charge in Shopify admin → Settings → Billing. The app offers a 30-day money-back guarantee: write to support within the first 30 days of your paid subscription, and the refund is paid through Shopify billing.

Moving to Free

Choose Free or Cancel subscription on the pricing page. This stops future charges.
