How do I offer a free gift and free shipping in one booster? (Essential Free Shipping Upsell app)

Adding more than one goal to a booster is not yet available for every store. If you would like to use a free gift and free shipping together, contact our support team and we will tell you whether it is available for your store.

For a single goal, the reward options are Free shipping, Free gift, and Order discount. Free gifts and order discounts are applied at checkout by the app. A free shipping goal only shows progress. It does not change the shipping price. To give free shipping, set up a free shipping option in Shopify, as explained in the shipping article.

To set a goal, open the booster, go to the Offer tab, and enter the cart total and the reward. The cart total must be above 0.
