Why doesn't my booster show on mobile? (Essential Free Shipping Upsell app)

The booster is designed to show on phones as well as on desktop, and its layout adjusts to smaller screens. If it shows on desktop but not on mobile, check these:

• Placement and targeting: check the placement and all targeting and exclusion rules, including the pages, products, collections, tags, and countries.
• Theme: check that your mobile theme is not hiding or clipping the booster.
• Cart drawer: the app only auto-detects drawers that match its supported structures. If your drawer isn't recognised, use Custom position with the app block or code snippet.
• Empty cart: the booster is hidden in a recognised drawer when the cart is empty.
• Closed booster: an announcement booster that a customer closed stays hidden in that browser until the booster is updated.
