Fixing "There were some issues with your form submission" When Publishing (Essential Trust Badges & Icons app)

If you see the message There were some issues with your form submission when you click Publish or Save, the request did not complete correctly. The error detail may show Unexpected token '<', which usually means the server returned a web page instead of the data the app expected.

1. Try the action again.
2. If the message returns, click Contact support in the error banner. Include the store name, whether you were saving or publishing, the approximate time, and a screenshot of the error.
