Why don't my Spend Tiers show for some visitors or in an incognito window? (Essential Cart Drawer app)
Spend Tiers are chosen by the visitor's Shopify Market, not by the browser. A private or incognito window can resolve to a different market or country than your normal browser, so it can show different tiers, or none.
Check the following:
- Market row. In the Cart Drawer editor, open Spend Tiers and check that the market the visitor is in has its row enabled. A disabled market shows no Spend Tiers.
- Default or custom tiers. Each market row either uses the default tiers or its own tiers. Confirm which one is set.
- New markets. If you added a Shopify Market after you set up Spend Tiers, that market has no row until you enable it.
- Empty cart. If the visitor's cart is empty, the bar is hidden unless Show spend tiers in empty cart is turned on.
- Save again. Open Spend Tiers, let the market rows load, and click Save. This creates any missing market rows and updates the storefront settings.
To test correctly, note the visitor's country and market in both windows, then compare them. For more on market-specific tiers, see Cart Drawer: Different Spend Tier Thresholds and Rewards Per Market.
