Can I limit a gift offer to once per customer? (Essential Free Gift BOGO BXGY app)

Not at the moment. Offers are checked per cart: every order that meets the conditions qualifies. Maximum uses per order limits how many times the offer applies within one order, not across a customer's orders.

What you can do:

• Use Target specific customers → New customers only so the offer only works for customers who haven't ordered before.
• Use Scheduling to run the offer for a short period.
