How do I preview version B before I start the test? (Essential CRO Split AB Testing app)

  1. Open your test in the app.
  2. Click the ⋯ menu on the B Version card.
  3. Click Preview.

The preview only shows you the page. It doesn't assign you to the test, change the split or count as test traffic. A test in Draft doesn't assign visitors or track anything.

Don't check version B by opening your normal store URL. Normal visits follow the live assignment, so you'll see whichever version your browser is assigned to.

📌 To see the live split once the test is running, open the page in a new incognito window and refresh a few times with new windows. Each new window can be assigned A or B.
