Does the test track orders from an external checkout (like Phoenix or Yampi)? (Essential CRO Split AB Testing app)

Orders are counted when Shopify sends a checkout completed event. This happens when the customer finishes Shopify's own checkout.

If your store uses an external checkout that processes payment outside Shopify's checkout, the app may not receive that event, and those orders won't appear in your results.

• Add to carts still count, as long as the product is added to the Shopify cart.
• To check your setup, start a test, place a test order through your checkout and see whether it appears in the results.
