Can I move my subscriptions from another app (like Seal or Recharge)? (Essential Subscriptions app)

Yes. Our support team can import your active subscriptions in bulk from a CSV export of your current app, even if you only have a few.

  • Subscriptions can only be imported when the customer's payment method is saved in Shopify (Shopify Payments, Shop Pay or PayPal).
  • Keep the old app installed until all subscriptions are moved, and cancel each one there before you activate it here.
