Why is Preorder button not showing? Check Location fulfilment settings

Sometimes when you setup preorder campaigns the preorder button is not showing. One of the reasons could be that the fulfilment and shipping are of in location settings.

To check that go to you Shopify Settings > Locations > A location > Check that the fulfilment toggle is on and the Shipping badge says on as well.
