How to Cancel the paid Plan on AI Blog Post

If you no longer need the paid features of Essential AI Blog, we recommend downgrading to the Free plan instead of uninstalling the app. This keeps the app installed and you can come back to our application when you need to generate the AI Blog Post later.

Option 1: Downgrade to the Free Plan (Recommended)

1. Log in to your Shopify Admin.
2. Go to Apps.
3. Open Essential AI Blog.
4. Navigate to the Pricing plans tab.

5. Select the Free plan and confirm the change.

   

   Once downgraded, your paid subscription will be canceled automatically, and you will not be charged further. Please note that 3rd party app charges are lagging and may appear in the next Shopify billing cycle.

Option 2: Uninstall the App (Optional)

If you no longer wish to use the Essential AI Blog at all, you can uninstall it.

This guide explains how to cancel your Essential AI Blog subscription.

1. Log in to your Shopify Admin.
2. Go to Apps.
3. Find the Essential AI Blog in the list.
4. Click the three dots (⋯) next to the app.
5. Select Uninstall.
6. Confirm the removal by clicking the Uninstall button in the pop-up window.

Once the app is uninstalled, the subscription will be automatically canceled.
