Where can I see or export my Back in Stock subscribers? (Essent Preorder Back in Stock app)

Every "Notify me" signup is listed in the app, and you can export the full list as a file.

See your subscribers

Go to Apps → Essential Preorder → Back in stock → Products & Notifications. Each row shows the product and variant, the customer's email (and phone if you collect it), the market, and the notification status. Use the search bar to find a product or email. Scroll the table right to see more columns.

Export the list

1. In Products & Notifications, click Export notifications.
2. Pick one of your store's registered emails under Send download link to.
3. Click Send export link. The link arrives by email and expires after 1 hour, so check your spam folder if you don't see it.

Good to know

• The file always contains every request. To get one product, filter the product or variant column in a spreadsheet.
• There is no scheduled or automatic export, and no filter by date range.
• Signups are not added to Shopify Customers automatically. You can import the exported file into Shopify or your email tool.
