Can I import Back in Stock subscribers from another app? (Essent Preorder Back in Stock app)

Yes. You can bring your existing waitlist from another back-in-stock app or a spreadsheet.

  1. Go to Back in stock → Products & Notifications → Import notifications.
  2. Click Download CSV template and fill it in: email, variant ID and the other columns.
  3. Upload the file (CSV or Excel, up to 7 MB). Our team processes imports within 48 hours and confirms when they're added.

Tips

  • For locale, use the base language code only, such as en, de or fr, not en-GB.
  • Include the variant ID. It's only optional for products with no variants.
  • Once imported, notifications go out as soon as the product's inventory is updated. Import while items are still out of stock, or ask us to time a large import around a restock.
