Does Essential Loyalty work with Klaviyo, Omnisend, or Judge.me? (Essential Loyalty app)
Essential Loyalty connects to these tools in different ways.
Klaviyo (most complete)
The app sends loyalty profile information to Klaviyo, including the points balance, lifetime points, loyalty status, VIP tier, birthday, and referral link. It also sends loyalty events, such as:
- Customer joined
- Points earned
- Points deducted
- Reward redeemed
- Referral reward earned
- Tier achieved
- Points expired
Use these events and profile properties to build flows and segments in Klaviyo.
Omnisend
The app sends profile information to Omnisend, including the points balance, birthday, loyalty status, tier, and referral link. It updates existing Omnisend contacts. It does not create new contacts automatically, and it does not send loyalty events.
Judge.me
Judge.me sends reviews to Essential Loyalty. When a review is approved, the app can award points for it. Essential Loyalty does not send customer data to Judge.me.
