Can I replace the floating widget with a link in my mobile menu? (Essential Loyalty app)

Yes. You can turn off the floating button and link to the loyalty page from your menu instead.

  1. Go to Essential Loyalty → Placements → Floating widget and set it to None, or hide it on mobile only.
  2. Go to Placements → Landing page and turn on the loyalty landing page. This requires the Starter plan or higher.
  3. In Shopify, go to Content → Menus, open your mobile menu, select Add menu item, and choose the loyalty page (or add it as an external link).

Good to know

  • The floating widget is available on all plans.
  • The app does not have a setting to hide the floating button on selected pages. This needs custom CSS in your theme, which may need updating after theme changes. Contact support if you need help with it.
  • The app can show the floating button only on desktop or only on mobile. Go to Placements → Floating widget → Customize.
