Why does saving my VIP tiers say 'tiers label-en is required'? (Essential Loyalty app)

Each tier needs a name in English. The English name is the base label, and other languages are optional.

1. Go to Program → Points → VIP tiers.
2. Open the tier and enter its name in English.
3. Add translations for other languages if you need them.
4. Save.

This error usually appears when a tier is changed only in a translation, or when the form has old data. Enter the English name and save again.

Tier toggles look inactive, but the dashboard shows VIP members

Turning off a tier stops new customers from being placed in it, and hides it on the storefront. It does not remove customers who are already in that tier. The dashboard still counts them. To check a customer, open their record in Customers and look at the VIP Tier field.
