Why can't my customers see the loyalty account page? (Essential Loyalty app)

The loyalty account page appears inside the Shopify customer account. It needs the new Shopify customer accounts, and some setup steps.

  1. Make sure new customer accounts are on: Shopify admin → Settings → Customer accounts. Legacy accounts are not supported.
  2. Add the Loyalty account page to your customer accounts: Settings → Customer accounts → Customize.
  3. Turn on the Essential Loyalty app embed on your live theme: Online Store → Themes → Customize → App embeds. Save and publish.

Preview vs live

  • In Preview mode, only the store owner and customers you add as testers can see the page. Add testers under Loyalty → Settings.
  • In Live mode, all customers can see it.

If the page doesn't appear in Live mode, check that the app embed is on and the account page is placed in Customize.
