Create an account

The "Create an account" action gives points only to customers who create their account after the app was installed. Customers who already had an account, or who were imported, don't receive these points, and the action shows as already completed for them.

Social follows

Instagram and Facebook actions are not checked by the app. The customer follows your page, then selects the completion button. The app can't confirm that the follow really happened, so use these actions as a reward for trust, not as a verified action.
