How do I export my customers and their points? (Essential Loyalty app)

Export customer balances

  1. Go to Customers in the app.
  2. Select More actions → Export. This opens a prefilled support request.
  3. Send the request. The support team sends you a file.

The export includes: Email, Points Balance, Lifetime Points, Phone Number, Shopify ID, Birthday, and VIP Tier. Export is available on all plans.

Points history

There is no export for every points transaction. To see a customer's earned, spent, and adjusted points, open the customer and select Activity.

VIP tier counts

  • To see how many customers are in each tier, go to Customers and filter by VIP tier.
  • The VIP members card on the Home page counts all customers who are in a VIP tier.
