How do I earn points for product reviews with Judge.me? (Essential Loyalty app)

You can give points when a customer leaves a review that is approved in Judge.me.

  1. Connect Judge.me in Essential Loyalty → Settings → Integrations → Judge.me.
  2. Go to Program → Points, turn on the Product review action, and set the number of points.
  3. Optional: set a limit on how many reviews can earn points.

When points are awarded

  • Points are awarded only when the review is approved in Judge.me and is not hidden.
  • Pending and spam reviews do not earn points.
  • Each review earns points only once, even if Judge.me sends the same review again.

Troubleshooting

  • Judge.me is not connecting: the authorisation may have been cancelled. Reconnect from Settings → Integrations.
  • Reviews are approved but no points: check that the review is approved (not pending), and that the Product review action is turned on.

Good to know

Judge.me is the only review app supported for earning points. Fera, Yotpo, Loox, and Stamped are not supported at the moment. If you need one of these, contact support so the request can be passed to the team.
