Can I hide an offer from certain customers, like wholesale or B2B? (Essential Free Gift BOGO BXGY app)

You can choose who gets the offer, but you can't exclude customers by tag.

On the Offer tab, tick Target specific customers and choose one or more of these:

• New customers only
• Returning customers
• Tagged customers: only logged-in customers with at least one of the tags you list
• Secret link: only customers who open your store through the generated link

To keep wholesale customers out, tag the customers who should get the offer (for example "retail") and use Tagged customers. Markets can also limit the offer by market. See Scheduling, Markets and Customer Targeting.
