Will Essential Free Gifts change my cart design? (Essential Free Gift BOGO BXGY app)

No. Your cart's layout, styling and buttons stay controlled by your theme. The app only adds its own gift widget in the placements you publish.

The cart preview inside the app is a sample to show how the widget looks. It doesn't show your real cart. Check your live store after publishing, and adjust the widget's colors, border and font to match your cart. See Widget Placements and Design.
