How to Update Your Plan on Essential Loyalty

You can easily change your subscription plan for Essential Loyalty at any time by following the steps below.

  1. From your Shopify admin, go to Apps and open Essential Loyalty.
  2. Inside the app, navigate to the Billing section.
  3. Click one of the following buttons based on the plan you want to switch to:
  • Choose Starter
  • Choose Growth
  • Choose Plus
  1. After selecting a plan, you’ll be redirected to Shopify’s Approve subscription page. Review the details and approve the change to complete the update.

What Happens Next

  • Your new plan will be applied immediately after approval.
  • Any plan-related features will become available based on your selected plan.
  • Billing adjustments are handled directly by Shopify.
