How to Update Your Plan on Essential Loyalty
You can easily change your subscription plan for Essential Loyalty at any time by following the steps below.
- From your Shopify admin, go to Apps and open Essential Loyalty.
- Inside the app, navigate to the Billing section.
- Click one of the following buttons based on the plan you want to switch to:
- Starter – $10/month (up to 500 loyalty program orders)
- Essential – $24/month (up to 1500 loyalty program orders)
- Growth – $79/month (unlimited loyalty program orders)
- After selecting a plan, you’ll be redirected to Shopify’s Approve subscription page. Review the details and approve the change to complete the update.
What Happens Next
- Your new plan will be applied immediately after approval.
- Any plan-related features will become available based on your selected plan.
- Billing adjustments are handled directly by Shopify.
📌 Note: On paid plans (Starter, Essential, Growth), your plan is automatically upgraded to the next tier when you reach your monthly order limit. On the Free plan, the loyalty program is paused at 250 orders — it is not auto-upgraded. You can always manually change your plan at any time from the Billing section.
