Why was I charged, and how do I cancel or get a refund? (Essent Preorder Back in Stock app)

What you pay for

Paid plans are a monthly fee plus usage charges above the included preorders. For example, Starter is $8.95/month with 300 preorder orders included, then $0.20 per order. One order counts once, however many items it has. Limits reset on the 1st of each month. All charges appear on your Shopify bill (Shopify Settings → Billing).

The Free plan includes 25 preorders and 300 Back in Stock notifications a month. The app warns you at 20%, 50% and 70% of the preorder limit. Three days after you reach 25 preorders, campaigns are unpublished until the 1st of next month or until you upgrade. At 300 notifications, Back in Stock emails pause until the count resets.

Cancel

Open Pricing plans in the app and click Cancel plan. Your store moves to the Free plan. Uninstalling the app also cancels billing.

Refund

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on paid plans. Contact support with your store name and the date you subscribed. Refunds go through Shopify and usually take 3–5 business days to reach you.
