Why isn't the Estimated Delivery widget showing on my store? (Essential Estimated Delivery Date app)

Work through these checks in order. Most cases are solved by the first three.

1. The widget is published. Open the widget in the app and make sure its status is Published, not Not published. After publishing, it can take up to about 20 seconds before it appears on your store.
2. The app embed is on in your live theme. In Shopify, go to Online Store → Themes → Customize → App embeds on the theme that is currently published, turn on Essential Estimated Delivery, and click Save. Turning it on in a copy of your theme does not affect the live store.
3. The product matches the widget's Placement. In the widget's Placement tab, check whether it is set to All products, Collections, or Specific products. If you selected specific variants, the widget only shows when one of those variants is selected.
4. The market matches. A widget set to a specific market only shows to shoppers in that market. Shoppers in other markets see your All markets widget, if you have one. See How to set up Estimated Delivery Widget in Different Markets.
5. You are on a page the widget supports. The widget shows on product pages, the cart page or cart drawer (with a cart widget), and checkout (with a checkout widget, Shopify Plus stores only, because Shopify only allows checkout blocks on Plus). It does not show in a homepage Featured product section or in quick view pop-ups.
6. Your theme has a place for it. By default, the app adds the widget inside your theme's product form. Some custom themes use a different structure. In that case, add the widget yourself with the app block in the theme editor, or with this code snippet in your product template: <div class="essential-estimated-delivery-block-liquid"></div>
7. Your monthly views are not used up. If your store reaches the view limit of its plan, widgets pause until views reset or you upgrade. See How Views Are Counted.
